State Farm® Insurance Agent Gary Baccus

"I have been with State Farm for 3+ years with no issues at all in Texas. I transferred my insurance after moving to Oklahoma and had issues both months I had insurance with Baccus State Farm. I have had 2 separate instances where this team was uncommunicative in regards to situations with my account. When I moved over my insurance, I had already paid for the month and asked to not set it in place until the following billing cycle since I had already paid in Texas. They told me it would just transfer over and there’s no worries. Well, it didn’t, and then it was showing I hadn’t paid for the month prior because State Farm issued me a check via mail and the agent wrote my address down wrong. It took them over a week to resolve this issue. Second, my drive safe and save was cancelled without me knowing. Brynn was immediately argumentative on the phone when I called about my policy going up. I had to tell her multiple times I was not going to sit and argue with her. I stated if I am transitioning between 2 different insurance companies, it would’ve been nice to have them call me and let me know to update it. She told me I had text messages that stated I needed to update my mileage or it would go up, I didn’t have any. She told me then I had emails to which I told her I don’t check my emails but when we got off the phone I checked anyways, I had none. She told me the agent told me on the phone I needed to update it. I won’t say they’re lying, but I have no recollection of this and only recall going back and forth about my policy being double billed. Regardless of if she did or didn’t, if something is being cancelled off my policy I should be told and to be immediately met with hostility for requesting that is crazy. Wouldn’t recommend this place in particular but I did love the agency I used in Texas so maybe it’s just this specific branch."
